We work with patients seeking GLP-1–based weight loss support, peptide therapy for recovery, metabolism, and longevity, and hormone optimization for perimenopause, menopause, and overall wellness. Services are available through both telehealth and in-person visits, depending on the type of care.

For added convenience, we also provide mobile IV hydration and vitamin injection services delivered directly to your home, office, or event, available for both individuals and group bookings.

Our provider is licensed to offer telehealth services to patients located in Texas, Colorado, Montana, and New Mexico, with select in-person services available in Central Texas. The IV hydration and injection service is available in Central Texas only.

Do you take insurance?

We operate as a cash-based practice, meaning we don’t work directly with insurance providers. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

We’re happy to provide a detailed superbill within 24 hours of your appointment, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan and out-of-network benefits.

Do you replace my primary care provider?

A complete approach to your health and wellness involves a collaborative team of providers - including your regular primary care provider (PCP) - in addition to working with Stephanie Martinez, NP.

You are required to maintain an established relationship with a PCP and agree to complete all routine preventive and annual health screenings (for example: colonoscopy, mammogram, Pap smear, and other age-appropriate exams).

While functional medicine provides an additional layer of insight and support, it is not a substitute for conventional medical care when acute, urgent, or serious conditions arise.

In the event of an emergency or an urgent health concern, please contact your local urgent care or emergency department for immediate evaluation.

How does telehealth work?

Telehealth visits are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and allow eligible patients to receive care from the comfort of home. Prime Optimal Health currently provides telehealth medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and hormone optimization services to patients located in Texas, Colorado, Montana, and New Mexico, based on provider licensure and medical appropriateness.
