Lab Testing & Interpretation
Functional lab testing helps us see the full picture of your health - beyond what standard labs reveal. We use specialized testing to evaluate hormones, gut health, inflammation, nutrient levels, metabolic function, and more.
If you already have recent labs, we’ll review and interpret them through a functional lens to identify patterns and underlying imbalances. If additional testing is needed, we’ll guide you on which options are most helpful and how to complete them conveniently.
Examples of labs we may review or recommend:
• Comprehensive hormone panels (sex, thyroid, adrenal)
• Micronutrient or metabolic testing
• Inflammation & immune markers
• Gut and microbiome testing
• Cardiometabolic health markers (cholesterol, insulin, glucose)
Understanding your lab results is the key to creating a personalized plan that helps you truly heal - not just manage symptoms.
Women's Hormone Optimization
Hormonal changes can significantly impact energy, metabolism, mood, sleep, and overall well-being - particularly during perimenopause and menopause. Our women’s hormone optimization services focus on a comprehensive medical evaluation to identify hormonal patterns and potential imbalances.
Care is individualized and guided by clinical assessment, symptom review, and appropriate laboratory testing. Treatment recommendations, if indicated, are discussed during the consultation and tailored to each patient’s needs, goals, and medical history. Hormone therapy is not guaranteed and requires medical review and approval.
• Comprehensive review of symptoms and health history
• Functional interpretation of hormone-related labs
• Individualized care planning based on clinical findings
